The state of Virginia presented Roy D. Bradley with a law license in 1984

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer
• Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Advanced claim on behalf of client that was unwarranted
• Prepared property deed conveying interest to third party he knew had no legal interest in said property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
