Attorney Frank Jones of Wheatland, WY; ethical gremlin

The state of Wyoming presented Frank J. Jones with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise clients of longstanding relationship with defendant
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain informed consent to represent clients with conflicting interests
• Undertook steps to advance interests of defendant w/o consent of clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Frankie practices at 710 Tenth Street in Wheatland, Wyoming.
