Judge M. Marc Kelly of Santa Ana, CA; apologist for pedophiles

The state of California presented Michael Marc Kelly with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

It should be noted that Marc has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the thirty-nine years (1987-2016). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Orange and/or Los Angeles county area was about to offer Marc a good paying job.

In one matter, Marc presided over a case of Kevin Jonas Rojano-Nieto who was convicted of child sodomy after he attacked his three-year-old relative in a garage. The state sentencing laws required that this disgusting pedophile receive a mandatory sentence of at least 25 years in prison for raping a three-year-old child.

Despite being required to mete out a 25-year sentence to the Kevin the Pervert, Judge Kelly decided to act as the Perv’s personal advocate by intervening on his behalf. Marc stated that although the crime was serious, the Perv did not “seek out or stalk” his 3-year-old victim. The apologist for Child Molesters went on to say:

“He was playing video games and she wandered into the garage.”

“He inexplicably became sexually aroused but did not appear to consciously intend to harm the victim when he sexually assaulted her.”

“As noted by defense, in an instant, he reacted to a sexual urge and stopped almost immediately.”

As we all know, “almost” only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, it certainly doesn’t count when dealing with a case of child molestation. It would be like saying, I almost penetrated the 3-year-old-girl, but stopped after only brushing up against her private parts with my penis, therefore, “almost” counts in my favor, right Judge Kelly?

At the sentencing hearing, Marc stated that Kevin’s conduct did not compare to a situation where a pedophilic child predator preyed on an innocent child. I see Marc, this particular 3-year-old-girl wasn’t an innocent child, right?

After donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads provided by defense counsel, Marc made the following comments about Kevin the Convicted Perv’s difficult childhood that rendered him as an “insecure socially withdrawn, timid, and extremely immature young man with limited self-esteem.”

After wiping tears from his eyes, Judge Kelly reduced The Perv’s sentence to 10 years rather than the mandatory minimum of 25 years. Kelly then descended from the bench and removed the Industrial Strength Knee Pads provided to him by the defense.

It should be noted that this isn’t the first time that Judge Kelly donned a Pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads while acting as a personal advocate for a convicted pedophile. In 2010, he sentenced a California Highway Patrol office to probation for attempting to have sex with a 13-year-old girl.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Kelly the Apologist for Child Molesters continues to sit on the bench as an Orange County Superior Court judge in Santa Ana, California.
