Attorney Daniel Kennedy of Minneapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Daniel L.M. Kennedy with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued frivolous (BS) claims in bankruptcy court
• Violated bankruptcy court orders
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Danny practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
