Solicitor Garry Scott of Australia; lying loser

The Law Society presented Garry Wayne Scott with a law license in 1995.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Garry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Misled (lied) to the Federal Court of Australia
• Misused confidential client information
• Posted misleading information on internet website
• Reckless in responding to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Garry!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Garry by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Garry practices with Klooger Phillips Scott at 26 Duporth Avenue, Maroochydor in Queensland, Australia.
