Solicitor Douglas McClelland of Australia; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Douglas Laing McClelland with a law license in 1999.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to provide purchaser of residential property approved lawyer’s certificate
• Failed to explain to buyer purpose and nature of lawyer’s certificate
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
