Solicitor Gregory Williams of Australia; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Gregory Paul Williams with a law license in 1984.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform required monthly trust account reconciliations
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Breached terms of clients’ trust account
• Made withdrawals from trust account without authority to so act
• Trust account records did not disclose individual client matters
• Details of separate trust ledge account not properly maintained
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and a $10,000 fine.  

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Greg practices with Greg Williams & Co. at 4/175 Brisbane Road in Queensland, Australia.
