Solicitor Paul Whitman of Australia; cheating liar

The Law Society presented Paul Francis Whitman with a law license in 1978.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misappropriated (stole) trust monies (thief)
  • Assisted another in the illegal practice of law
  • Falsely advised Law Society of employee’s legal status
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay $200,000 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Paulie practices with Whitman & Co. at 231 North Quay, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
