Solicitor Vincent Pennisi of Australia; idiotic loser  

The Law Society presented Vincent Pennisi with a law license in 1974.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Dealt with client trust funds in breach of Trust Accounts Act
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Applied $7,169 in estate funds to his own use and benefit
• Knew his trust account was deficient in sum of $5,116.66
• Failed to maintain standards of competence in estate matter (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Deposited funds belonging to client into personal account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and a $10,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Vinnie practices with Pennisi & Associates at 818 Gympie Road, in Chermside, Queensland, Australia.
