Solicitor Craig Stevenson of Australia; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Craig Leonard Stevenson with a law license in 1996.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to comply with obligations as trustee of his trust account
• Failed to submit trust account audits to Law Society
• Wrongfully made withdrawals against trust account
• Withdrew $100 in client funds from trust account and deposited into personal account without having any legal entitlement to said funds
• Failed to perform mandatory monthly trust account reconciliations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Craig practices with Ace Solicitors at 19 Devoy Street in Ashgrove, Queensland, Australia.
