Solicitor David Sorban of Australia; lying loser

The Law Society presented David Steven Sorban with a law license in 2004.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Created and disseminated false email with intent to deceive clients
• Falsely postdated email in effort to deceive clients and others
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered to pay $1,500 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Dave practices with Sciaccas Lawyers in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
