Solicitor Mark Gregory of Australia; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Mark Ian Gregory with a law license in 1990.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mark!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to comply with court order re: turning over financial records

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, was fined $5,000 and ordered to pay $2,500 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Mark practices with McCormick Lawyers at 13 Noosa Professional Centre in Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia.
