Attorney William Hurley of Portsmouth, NH; ethical leprechaun

 The state of New Hampshire presented William J. Hurley with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Serious interference with legal proceeding
• Acted with gross negligence by ignoring obligations owed to court and client
• Failed to deliver settlement funds to client as ordered by court

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Billy by gifting him with complimentary Censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Billy practices at 30 International Drive in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
