Attorney Bruce Simpson of New Ipswich, NH; ethical elf

The state of New Hampshire presented Bruce D. Simpson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Vermont University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owing to a tribunal
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Bruce practices in New Ipswich, New Hampshire.
