Attorney Stacey Kelley of Indianapolis; bigoted loser

The state of New York presented Stacy Lynn Kelley with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Cornell University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Stacey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Stacey began receiving numerous calls and pre-recorded messages her unlisted phone number from a company asking for someone by the name of her husband. Stacey and her husband agreed that she would call the toll-free number left in the messages.

Stacey subsequently called and spoke with a male representative and identified her husband as her client. Stacy then noted what she thought was a “feminine-sounding voice” and gratuitously asked the representative if he was “gay” or “sweet.” After the company rep commented on the unprofessional nature of Stacey’s question, the phone conversation ended abruptly.

As a consequence of her egregious misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court Stacey by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Stacy practices with Glaser & Ebbs at 845 South Meridian Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
