Attorney Eric Fjelstad of Gresham, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon presented Eric J. Fjelstad with a law license in 1989.

The Oregon State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Falsely advertised eligibility to practice law in Oregon

As one would suspect, this isn’t Eric’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Eric practices with Smith & Fjelstad 722 North Main Avenue in Gresham, Oregon.
