Judge Stephen Shelton of Tacoma, WA; certified moron 
On Sept 11, 2009, Shelton the Moron illegally found a woman in criminal contempt of court by trampling over her constitutional due process rights.
The Judicial Commission ruled that Shelton’s conduct was in direct violation of well-settled Washington State Law and “infringed deeply upon an individual’s fundamental right to due process and liberty.”
In his defense, Judge Shelton and his so-called attorney had the chutzpah to assert that violating an individuals “fundamental right to due process and liberty” was just an honest “error in judgment.”
Well Mr. Wizard, how in the hell does a so-called judge erroneously misinterpret the constitutional meaning of “due process”? Is it possible that Judge Shelton actually believes that the term “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the AM? Could he actually be that stupid?
As we speak, the enablers on the Judicial Commission have yet to mete out any punishment to Judge Shelton. Given their past conduct, I’m confident that they’ll punish Shelton by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
In truth, a certified moron and loser like Judge Stephen Shelton has absolutely no business sitting in judgment of anyone. This is especially true when a so-called jurist knowingly denies a person his/her constitutional due process rights.
