DA Todd Risberg of Durango, CO; serial liar

The state of Colorado presented Todd Risberg with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar has charged Todd with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a 6^th Judicial District Attorney.

• Knowingly made false statements of material fact
• Disobeyed obligation owed to a tribunal
• Discussed representation with person he knew was already represented by counsel

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Todd by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Todd continues to be employed as a 6^th Judicial District Attorney
