Hippies and Troublemakers taking over America

During a recent (mid-April 2016) interview with Armed America Radio’s Mark Walters, U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas continued on with his typical BS aimed at kissing up to the gun manufacturers and the NRA. (Brian Tashman, Right Wing Watch)

Louie went on to tell Walters’ intellectually deprived the following:

• “A lot of the hippies and the troublemakers from the ‘60s and the early ‘70s” figured out that instead of “blowing up the Pentagon or blowing up police cars,” they could just become teachers.”
• “This means that the socialists that wanted to destroy the country in the ‘60s and ‘70s have figured out you just miseducate [no such word exists] the kids and you’re well on your way to taking over the country.”

After donning a pair of NRA approved and paid for Industrial Strength Knee Pads, Louie completed his ass-kissing routine by saying:

• Thanks to these same teachers, “people have heard over and over how terrible guns are.”

Hippies of the 60s would all be at least 70 years of age; therefore, contrary to Louie’s hyperbolic (BS) rant they would not be working as teachers.

It would of course be interesting to know what the hell the teachers at Mount Pleasant High School in Mount Pleasant, Texas taught Louie the Loon while he was being ed-you-cated there in the late 1960s.
