The state of Colorado provided Charles E. Harrison with a law license in 1995.

The Colorado State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay the court-ordered child support
• Failed to comply with an order that he contact the court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
