Attorney Robert Borquez of Denver; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Robert Paul Borquez with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain adequate records
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Failed to maintain sufficient funds in client trust account
• Withdrew attorney fees that were not earned
• Paid himself more in fees/costs than clients had in trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Bobby practices with the Borquez Law Office at 600 17^th Street in Denver, Colorado.
