The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Patrick Leo Wayne Cusack with a law license in 1998.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Patty!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
