Attorney Johnnie L. Caldwell, Jr. of Thomaston, GA; pervert, ethical elf

 
The state of Georgia presented Johnnie L. Caldwell, Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Mercer University.
 
Johnnie was a Fayette County Superior Court Judge for fifteen years (ca. 1995-2010). During his tenure on the bench, the Georgia Judicial Commission found Johnnie guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Make rude and sexually suggestive comments to attorney Susan Brown
  2. Sexually harassed Susan Brown on numerous occasions
  3. Made inappropriate physical contact with Susan Brown (aka, sexual assault)
Specific instances of Johnny’s perverted conduct aimed at Susan Brown are:
  • During tailgate event at Univ. of Georgia football game, Johnny hugged her and stuck his tongue in her mouth (aka, sexual assault)
  • Flagged her down in Justice Center parking lot and asker her to go with him on a vacation trip to Montana
  • Johnny urged her, in graphic language, to wear tight pants in his courtroom for his own personal enjoyment
Ms. Brown eventually reported John the Pervs conduct to Chief Judge Paschal English who refused to take an action.  Unbeknownst to Ms. Brown, Judge English was another Judicial Misfit running amuck in Fayetteville. For more info on Judge English, visit the URL listed at the end of this article
 
Knowing that the Georgia Supreme Court would order his removal from the bench, Johnny did what most cowards in his position do, he resigned.
 
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Johnnie practices his brand of law in Thomaston, Georgia.
