Judge Frank LaSalata of Seattle; a die-in-the-wool misogynist

 
Judge LaSalata has unfortunately been sitting on the King County District Court since 2007.
 
In late 2009, the Washington Judicial Commission filed misconduct charges against Judge LaSalata for engaging in the following misogynistic conduct.
  • On Oct 15, 2009, a defendant who had previously pleaded guilty to a DUI offense appeared in LaSalata’s court
  • The state was represented by a young, petite female prosecutor who mistakenly told LaSalata that he defendant had violated the terms of his probation by receiving another traffic infraction
  • Judge LaSalata then directed the petite female the defendant’s attorney to a sidebar discussion that he held outside the courtroom in the hallway
  • At that time, LaSalata threatened the petite female by telling her if she interrupted him again, he would “rip her head off.”
It’s pretty clear that Judge LaSalata is worthless misogynist that feels empowered to threaten petite, with the emphasis on petite females. Obviously, this wimp wouldn’t have the courage to have so acted if it was someone who would have slapped him upside the head.
 
As punishment, the enablers/apologists on the Judicial Commission gifted Judge LaSalata with a complimentary admonition. Whewee, I bet that hurt, right?
