Attorney Travis Meeks of Clarksville, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee provided Travis Nathaniel Meeks with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Travis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied to opposing counsel that Travis’ expert CPA witness would testify that opponent’s CPA was engaged in criminal conduct
• Failed to respect the rights of others
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Travis by gifting him with a second complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Travis practices at 137 Franklin Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
