► Judge Thomas Bollinger, Sr. of Baltimore; apologist for sexual perverts/ wife beaters

After his mandatory retirement as an associate judge of the Baltimore County Circuit Court, Thomas continued to sit on cases as an appointed visiting retired judge.

Judge Bollinger was assigned to a criminal case involving Pentecostal bishop Roan Faulkner. The bishop was charged with sexually attacking a distressed woman who had gone to see him for help.

After being found guilty at trial, Judge Bollinger punished him by gifting with a suspended 18-month prison sentence.

This is the same Judge Bollinger who previously acted as a die-in-the-wool apologist for wife beaters and assorted misogynists. Tom’s perverted comments in a rape case and deplorable handling of a case involving a wife-beater, forced him to agree to never again handle such cases prior to his mandatory retirement.

What justification did Chief Justice Robert Bell of the Maryland Court of Appeals rely on in assigning Tommy the Misogynist to any cases after he retired?

The Chief Justice surely wasn’t concerned about the future victims of Bollinger’s misogynistic attitude.

As we speak (ca. November 2012), Judge Bollinger continues to receive assignments to sit on cases in Baltimore compliments of Chief Comedian Robert Bell of the Court of Appeals.
