Former Justice Charles Archibong of Nigeria; moronic loser

Charles Archibong was called to the Bar in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Nigeria Law School.

The National Judicial Council (JDC) found Justice Archibong guilty of the following misconduct.  University of Nigeria

  • Dismissed grievous charges against accused w/o taking his plea
  • Refused to release Certified True Copy of his rulings to lawyers
  • Issued bench warrants for contempt on officials of the Peoples Democratic Party
  • Made unfounded and caustic remarks on the professional competence of some Senior Advocates of Nigeria
  • Engaged in glaring procedural irregularities
  • Failed to have a full grasp of the law court procedures (moron)
  • Issued ruling w/o hearing from both parties

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Judges and National Judicial Council punished Justice Arcibong by ordering that he retired from the bench.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Charlie practices law with the Archibong Law Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
