Magistrate Judge Carole Fishpool of England; potty mouth loser

Christopher Bomken was presented with a license to practice law in 1970 after he graduated from Cranleigh College of Law in London. 

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Carole guilty of the following misconduct.

Magistrate Fishpool found it acceptable to spew forth inappropriate comments toward a defendant in open court.

She also made tasteless comments to various Magistrates while they were in the retiring room (aka, judicial chambers).

As a consequence of his misconduct, Lord Chancellor and Mr. Justice Leggatt, both apologists for Judicial Misfits, punished Carole by gifting her with a complimentary letter of formal advice.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Magistrate Fishpool continues to sit on the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Bench in the United Kingdom.
