Attorney Kirk Bottner of Charlestown, WV; ethical gremlin

The state of West Virginia presented Kirk H. Bottner with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in conflict of interest in divorce matter
• Failed to prepare documents for client’s husband in divorce case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Kirk practices with Bottner & Skillman Attorneys at Law in Charlestown, West Virginia.
