Attorney Paul Bosman of Minneapolis; moronic liar

The state of Minnesota presented Paul Joseph Bosman with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely refund unearned fee
• Failed to obtain court permission to withdraw in bankruptcy matter
• Failed to respond to court’s show cause contempt action
• Made false statement to client
• to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Paulie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Paulie practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
