Attorney Charles Murdter of DC; moronic loser

The District of Columbia presented Charles P. Murdter with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Intentionally failed to fulfill employment contract
• Knowingly disposed obligations owed to tribunal
• Failed to pursue client’s lawful objectives
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Intentionally neglected multiple court-appointed clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Charlie practices with the Law Offices of Charles P. Murdter at 601 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, DC.
