Attorney Timothy Whiting of Chicago; disgusting ambulance chaser

The state of Illinois presented Timothy Michael Whiting with a law license in 1995 after he graduated fro the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy knowingly violated the rules when he sent a written solicitation (ambulance chasing) of employment to the survivors of a woman who had been killed three days earlier in an auto accident.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (April 2016), Timmy practices with the Whiting Law Group Ltd. at 1 East Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois.
