Attorney Amy Allred of Sherrill’s Ford, NC; thieving loser

The state of North Carolina provided Amy E. Allred with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Amy with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Amy!)
• Filed several frivolous (sham) lawsuits
• Failed to return client file after being fired
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Charged a clearly excessive fee (crook)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to complete legal services on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests after being fired
• Failed to appear at scheduled court hearing

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar mete out to Amy.
