Attorney Shere Bailey of Los Angeles; idiotic cheat, repeat offender

The state of California provided Shere Requelle Bailey with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Shere guilty of the following misconduct.

Shere’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Improperly withdrew from employment w/o protecting client interests
• Collected an illegal fee (thief)
• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to return client’s papers
• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Failed to keep address current with State Bar
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Shere!)
• Collected $5500 fee in probate matter w/o court’s authorization

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

Shere’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to file required accounting in probate matter
• Never completed client’s case
• Never sought to reduce $235,000 probate bond posted by client
• Failed to respond to numerous letters from bonding service
• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Failed to promptly release client files
• Closed office w/o notifying State Bar

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
