Attorney Kent Christiansen of Farmington, UT; lying loser

The State of Utah presented Kent L. Christiansen with a law license in 1984.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Kent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to terminate or decline representation when required to do so
  • Untruthful (lied) in statements to others
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Vulnerable client subject of misconduct
  • Lied to opposing counsel he was sleeping with client in divorce case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Kent by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Kent’s self-serving law firm failed to make any mention of his egregious misconduct as aforementioned on its website at www.sagelawpartners.com.

Apparently, the firm decided to conceal these highly relevant facts from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Kent practices with Sage Law Partners PLLC at 140 Union Avenue in Farmington, Utah.
