Attorney Larry Larsen of Taylorsville, UT; ethical gremlin

The State of Utah presented Larry B. Larsen with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to proceed as client requested in reducing alimony payments
• Failed to file necessary motion on client’s behalf
• Failed to provide documents to his client’
• Failed to communicate basis of his fee in writing
• Failed to provide account of his fees
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Larry!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Larry practices at 5957 South Redwood Road in Taylorsville, Utah.
