Attorney Amy Boettger of Sandy, UT; imbecilic loser

The State of Utah presented Amy L. Boettger with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Amy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Amy!)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Improperly declined or terminated representation
• Failed to provide client with file after being fired
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to provide client written basis of fees
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Amy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Amy practices with the Canyons School District at 825 East 9085 South in Sandy, Utah.
