Attorney Darrell Cohen of Calgary, AB; lying loser

The Law Society of Alberta presented Darrell S. Cohen with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

The Disciplinary Board of the Law Society of Alberta found Darrell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fulfill undertaking on client’s behalf
• Failed to be candid with client (lied) re: release of bank draft
• Lied to client that $10,000 in client funds held in trust account
• Lied to client that her new lawyer was in possession of her $10,000 check

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alberta Law Disciplinary Board punished Darrell by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Darrell practices with the D. Cohen Law Office at 2411 Fourth Street NW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
