Barrister Gerard Mullins of Brisbane, AUS; lying loser

The Law Society of Queensland presented Gerard Mullins with a law license in 1981.

The Queensland Legal Practice Tribunal found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gerry represented the victims of Bundaberg surgeon Jayant Patel in prosecuting medical malpractice claims.

While representing one client, Gerry found it acceptable to deceive insurer Suncorp Metway while negotiating damages for a quadriplegic client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary $20,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Gerry practices at 95 North Quay in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
