Attorney Jason Pou of Rotorua, NZ; serial drunk

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Jason Mile Pou with a law license in 2005.

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jason was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from holding a license and with driving under the influence (DUI)of alcohol.

As one would suspect this wasn’t Jason’s first DUI. In fact he had previously been convicted twice for driving under the influence.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
