Attorney Kenneth Brock of Centennial, CO; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Kenneth F. Brock with a law license in 1995.

The Colorado State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to timely refund three clients’ unearned retainers (cheater)
• Failed to segregate two clients’ retainers in trust account
• Neglected legal services he promised to perform
• Failed to advise clients re: status of their retainer refunds
• Charged fees for legal work arising from his own negligence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Kenny practices with the Law Office of Kenneth Brock at 7200 East Dry Creek Road in Centennial, Colorado.
