Attorney Michael Guyerson of Denver; convicted felon

The state of Colorado provided Michael J. Guyerson with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Colorado.

The Colorado State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted fraudulent expense claims to law firm
• Received $13,500 from firm representing false expense claims
• Pled guilty to felony theft

As a consequence of his misconduct Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by ordering that he be disbarred.

Subsequently, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court had the audacity to reinstate Mike the Felon’s law license.  Apparently, they felt Mike had the lawful right to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Mike practices with Onsager Guyerson Fletcher Johnson LLC at 1801 Broadway in Denver, Colorado.
