Attorney Gary Vlug of Vancouver, BC; lying loser

The Law Society presented Gary Vlug with a law license in 1992.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in deceptive conduct aimed at trial court
• Prepared affidavit for client he knew contained false fact s
• Lied to court that he had telephone contact with opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
