Attorney Rodney Strong of Chattanooga; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Rodney Cleveland Strong with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the Cumberland Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file a memorandum of understanding with the trial court
  • Failed to adequately prepare to proceed to trial on client’s behalf
  • Due to failure to file memo with court, client was jailed for several days
  • Failed to interview client who he was appointed by the court to represent on several felony charges until a few days before the scheduled trial date
  • Failed to interview witnesses for trial

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Rodney practices at 600 Market Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
