Attorney Robert Stovall Jr. of Pulaski, TN: thieving loser

The state of Tennessee provided Robert H. Stovall Jr. with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the YMCA Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby found it perfectly acceptable to overbill the state of Tennessee during the time he was appointed to represent indigent defendants. In total, Bobby overbilled the state $3,190 over the course of two years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Because Attorney Misfits in Tennessee are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby was never criminally charged with grand theft.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Bobby practices at 128 North 2^nd Street in Pulaski, Tennessee.
