Attorney Larry Roddy of Dayton, TN; repeat offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Larry Gene Roddy with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Larry’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to pay funds to victim
  • Client arrested due to Larry’s failure to pay restitution to victim
  • Routinely deposited earned fees into his trust account and then improperly wrote checks for his operating expenses out of said trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Larry’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to timely file petition to appeal to Supreme Court on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Billy practices at 385 2nd Avenue in Dayton, Tennessee.
