Attorney Kenneth Rannick of Chattanooga; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Kenneth Carroll Rannick with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenny advertised in the Yellow Pages that he was certified as a consumer bankruptcy specialist when, in fact, he had not submitted his application to obtain such a certification.

The Board has had to contact Rannick in the past about potentially misleading ads he has placed in order to expand on his future victim pool.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Kenny practices at 4416 Brainerd Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
