Attorney Arvin Reingold of Chattanooga; repeat offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Arvin H. Reingold with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Arvin guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Arvin’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to file appellate brief in timely manner
  • Court of Appeals held him in contempt re: filing of appeal brief

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Arvin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Arvin’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to advise client appeal court dismissed her case
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failure to tell client case dismissed caused her to loose right to appeal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Arvin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

         

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Arvin practices at 100 Market Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
