Attorney David Dunn of Manchester, NH; lying loser

The state of New Hampshire presented David C. Dunn with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Drafted an altered trust documents
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in misrepresentation because he knew altered trust document not valid
• Knowingly and intentionally backdated trust document

As a consequence of him misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Dave by gifting him with complimentary censure.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Hampshire are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged with altering an official document and/or obstruction of justice.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Dave practices with the Law Office of David C. Dunn PA at 14 Temple Court in Manchester, New Hampshire.
