The state of New Hampshire presented Paul J. Bennett with a law license in 1992.

 

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Improperly withdrew funds from client trust accounts
  • Failed to provide accurate information in his Trust Account Compliance Certificates
  • Failed to maintain records re: disbursement of client funds
  • Failed to accurately document financial transactions re: client funds
  • Failed to perform required monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
  • Allowed client trust accounts to be out of trust for a significant period of time
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.   

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Paulie practices at 130 Middle Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.
